Rashed Mujib Noman holds an MBA in Project Management from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), where he developed a strong foundation in strategic planning and organizational leadership. He also earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina (USC), building on his deep technical background which began with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), one of the country’s most prestigious engineering institutions.

Complementing his academic degrees, Rashed pursued specialized professional development, including a Certificate in Systems Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). He is also a certified Six Sigma practitioner, having earned his certification during his tenure at General Motors.

His leadership capabilities have been further shaped by executive training programs such as the Dale Carnegie Course and “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” enabling him to lead high- performing teams with clarity, empathy, and vision.
